"I cannot possibly rave enough about Heather! I moved to Houston and needed my dress altered less than a month away from the wedding. It's been 2.5 weeks: My dress is PERFECTLY altered, AND she made a vest, bowtie, and pocket square out of the extra material for my dad! And the price cannot be beat, truly. Not only is her handiwork impeccable, but she is so fun and easy going - easily makes any bride feel welcome - and even sends picture updates! The tee-shirt quilt is just right for snuggling down on the couch when I'm feeling down - keeps me warm as I scarf down popsicles lol...and reminds me of [some of the] great plays [if I do say so myself] I've directed/acted/helped with at Theatre Suburbia. "This afternoon I picked up this beautiful custom-made memory quilt from the lovely and creative Heather Gabriel (aka The Singing Seamstress). The squares are made from various Relay for Life t-shirts Mom and Dad had collected over the years through their tireless work raising funds to fight the wicked disease called cancer I will be taking this to Mom when I fly back on Friday.
